THE BEST HOMEMADE CINNAMON ROLLS

1. Make the Dough
Mix milk, yeast, and 1 tbsp sugar. Let foam for 5 mins.

Add remaining sugar, butter, eggs, salt, and 3 cups flour. Mix.

Gradually add remaining flour until dough pulls from bowl.

Knead 5-7 mins until smooth. Let rise 1-2 hrs until doubled.

2. Roll & Fill
Roll dough into 16×12″ rectangle.

Spread softened butter, then sprinkle sugar-spice mix.

3. Cut & Rise Again
Roll tightly, cut into 12 slices.

Place in greased pan, cover, rise 30-45 mins.

4. Bake & Frost
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 mins until golden.

Whip frosting ingredients, spread over warm rolls.

PRO TIPS
Extra fluffy? Use bread flour or add ¼ cup mashed potatoes to dough.
Gooier center? Pour ½ cup heavy cream over rolls before baking.
Overnight option? Refrigerate shaped rolls overnight, bake in AM.
