1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
1 cup white chocolate chips
½ cup festive sprinkles (red, green, white)
Optional: ½ cup crushed peppermint candies or mini marshmallows for extra winter magic
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream the butter and sugars:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy—about 2–3 minutes.
Add the eggs and vanilla:
Mix in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
Whisk the dry ingredients:
